Conn's Hospitality Group (CHG) grew out of a love for old buildings and the stories they hold. Their work is centered on preserving history through hospitality, taking care of historic spaces by filling them with food, conversation, and everyday moments that bring people together. Across Springfield, Peoria, and Elkhart, their restaurants, brewery, coffee house, boutique inn, are all adaptive-reuse projects and are places meant to be used and enjoyed.
